"Jackie helped us get a great investment property in Tampa near the Stadium. I told her that I was looking for a house with detached guest house or a duplex. She met my property manager to show him a property when I was out of the country in August 2020. She showed us several properties and was very patient with us. When we finally found our dream property, we made a bid right away. Unfortunately, the property received 14 bids within the first two days it was on the market. One bid was even higher than our bid (our bid was exactly what was being asked by the seller). Due to Jackie's connections (her parents were real estate agents in Tampa, and she has been an agent for decades), the seller's agents went with our offer. We have had the property for 2 months and already have tenants. We really thank Jackie. My husband and I are expecting a baby in June, so the extra income will be very helpful!"
